How does restoration work?

During operation of the carburetor during overheating, physical deformation of the elements of its upper and middle parts takes place (especially in the places of their screw and bolt connections). The carburetor body "leads" and the mechanical moving parts begin to wedge. The operation of the carburetor becomes unstable and leads to problems with starting and operating the engine.
To eliminate all existing mechanical defects in the carburetor, a comprehensive technology for its restoration (restoration) with the maximum possible preservation of all native original parts and fixing material (hardware) was developed in practical experience.
The list of works of a complete technological process for the restoration of a carburetor includes the following types of work:
1. Technical diagnostics of all mechanical defects and carburetor damage.
2. A complete detailed disassembly of the carburetor - consists of many parts and fasteners.
3. Replacing worn out gaskets, jets and carburetor fasteners.
4. Grinding and adjusting gaps and irregularities on the horizontal surfaces of the upper, middle and lower parts of the carburetor body.
5. Processing of all parts elements with solvent 646 from soot, soot and oily scale.
6. Heat treatment of all parts at a temperature of 120 - 140 degrees. for blurring chemical fatty residues.
7. Cleaning and purging all internal throughput channels and carburetor holes.
8. Sandblasting of all elements of parts and components of the carburetor with quartz sand with a fine sieving structure for soft surface treatment of carburetor parts (especially the case).
9. Rinsing and cleaning fuel and air jets, air dampers, as well as pressure valves and float chambers in a 10 percent solution of edible citric acid (cleans all brass parts of parts to their original shine).
10. Galvanic coating of the surface of all parts with rainbow zinc (anodizing) 3-5 microns thick.
11. The assembly of all components, fixtures and parts of the carburetor in a single unit.
12. Adjustment of mechanical rods and adjusting elements for the comprehensive adjustment of all carburetor assemblies.
